Blood Tinning

In the rust-belt city of Ironhaven, five Black pipefitters lose a federal lawsuit against the powerful Steamfitters Local 77. The judge rules that the Confederate flag hanging in the hiring hall is merely "heritage," and their exclusion from foreman lists is "statistically insufficient." One year later, the five men vanish—and a series of surgical, ritualistic killings begin targeting the union's white elite. As detective Nora Voss pieces together the murders, she realizes the victims aren't just killers; they are men who have been unmade by the system, and each execution is a confession: they are not avengers, but mirrors.
