Neon Rust

In the neon-drenched port city of Kanezaki, a Korean-Japanese interpreter watches the legal system bury his father's murder under a mountain of diplomatic immunity and expired statutes. When the killer—a wealthy industrialist with ties to both governments—walks free, the interpreter descends into the city's underworld to carve his own justice. But each blade stroke paints him deeper into the very brutality he swore to punish, until the final confrontation forces him to see his own reflection in the monster he hunts.
