Murder by Dickens

In the grimy winter of 1847, the fog-choked city of Blackwater becomes a stage for a killer who reenacts death scenes from popular novels—each corpse posed like a character from Dickens, Hugo, or Poe. Inspector Silas Crook, a former clerk haunted by his own poverty, hunts the "Bibliophile" while the city's rich toast to literature and the poor shiver for bread.
