In the grimy port city of Blackwater, former Marine scout-sniper Elias Voss scrapes by as a pipeline welder. One rain-soaked night, he stumbles upon the Ivory Table—a cabal of shipping magnates, retired generals, and federal judges who lease abandoned industrial zones for human fox hunts. When Elias intervenes and kills one of the hunters in self-defense, he becomes the quarry. But instead of fleeing, he weaponizes the legal loopholes that once protected the Club—the same "lack of standing" and "remediation complete" defenses from a notorious oil-spill case. As he systematically dismantles the Club's operations, Elias forces a question: in an age where the law is a luxury, does morality mean playing by the rules, or rewriting them with blood?
