Marbury v. Estes et al

Plaintiff Mitchell Marbury, proceeding pro se, filed suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Warden DeWayne Estes, Warden Cedric Specks, and Captain Carla Graham. Marbury alleged that defendants violated his Eighth Amendment rights by failing to protect him from an inmate assault that occurred on January 9, 2018, at St. Clair Correctional Facility in Alabama.
